Salary
Hourly wage starting based off experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Be punctual, helpful, responsible, and honest.
Adhere to all established standards, policies and practices relating to safety and quality.
Assist the sales team and dealers by managing administrative tasks, maintaining sales records, preparing reports and handling customer inquiries.
Collaborate with direct sales efforts, including but not limited to assisting in transactions, arrange equipment delivery, warranty questions.
Help develop and implement marketing strategies, including creating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and coordinating events.
Work with marketing business like website, magazines to update company’s website and marketing databases along with monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaign.
Administrative support, managing schedules, meetings and communication for the company president.
Perform all required duties and/or additional duties as requested or assigned.
Work efficiently and effectively as an individual and a team member.
Qualifications/skills needed
Able to remain focused and productive throughout the day.
Must be able to use verbal and written skills to communicate effectively in English, proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt and master company programs relating to duties.
Administration experience or related field is preferred.
Previous experience in Marketing role is a must.
Sales experience and agriculture knowledge helpful but not required.
Ability to organize, sort and file documents properly and consistently.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail is critical, exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Some travel may be required for client meetings or events-farm shows-fairs.
High school Diploma or equivalent required and clean driving record.
