Salary
Hourly based on experience.
Responsibilities & Duties
Be punctual, helpful, responsible, and honest.
Adhere to all established standards, policies and practices relating to safety and quality.
Responsible for setting up, operating, and tending grinder to grind grains, shucks, etc.
Operate attentively to the operation of grinder to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Inspect machinery and working pieces to ensure that they remain compliant with specifications to reduce any malfunctions and associated loss of product.
Stop grinding upon discovery of a problem and make the required adjustments as quickly as possible to minimize downtime.
Keep all equipment running by inspecting and performing basic maintenance, including lubrication, and cleaning, and scheduling major repairs when needed.
Perform basic repairs, including replacing parts when they are worn down or broken, within the scope of expected knowledge and expertise.
Must be able to listen to the customer’s needs and concerns.
Perform all required duties and/or additional duties as requested or assigned.
Work efficiently and effectively individually and as team member.
Qualifications & skills needed.
Able to remain focused and productive throughout the day.
Must be able to use verbal, written skills to communicate effectively, basic documentation and computer skills.
Current Class A CDL license with clean driving record.
High school Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be self-motivated.
