Our company is seeking a CNC Operator to join our team! This person will perform a variety of operations related to the production of metal products by use of fabrication machines such as a Press Brake and CNC plasma cutting table.  We are looking for adaptable, innovative, enthusiastic problem-solvers, who wants to grow their skills. Responsibilities and Duties

Be punctual, helpful, responsible, and honest.

Maintain clean workspace area/environment.

Adhere to all established standards, policies and practices relating to safety and quality.

Operate Press Brake, CNC Plasma Cutting Table and other workstations related to the fabrications of metal components.

Stage materials and prepare workstations for metal fabrication by organizing, retrieving, and transporting metal materials from stock.

Follow blueprints, layouts, templates, and work orders to obtain various shapes, designs, contours, and dimensions.

Sets up machine by analyzing work orders, retrieving, and loading metal material from stock, downloading programs, entering parameters of job, selecting type of cut and cutting piece.

Maintain specifications by observing, cutting, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting, and reprogramming controls, and adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.

Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends and advancements in fabrication techniques.

Perform all required duties and/or additional duties as requested or assigned.

Work efficiently and effectively as an individual and a team member.

Complete and submit all quality checklists, production time worksheets and requested documents at designated time.

Operate and maintain machinery in compliance with all safety policies of our facility.

Qualifications/skills needed

Able to remain focused and productive throughout the day.

Must be able to use verbal, written skills to communicate effectively, basic documentation and computer skills.

Experience with welding in a manufacturing environment helpful.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Knowledge of Accucut plasma table with Hypertherm, ProNest, and Solidworks CAD preferred.

Knowledge of the Durma Press brake preferred.

In-depth math skills.

Ability to work in various physical positions to include but not limited to: sitting, standing and walking up to 8 hours a day, lift minimum of 25 lbs.

High school Diploma or equivalent required and clean driving record.

Willing to cross train and assist other departments.
